What we do

The questions AHPs are already asking

Not whether AI will arrive, but how to use it safely, who is accountable, what it costs and what good practice looks like. Our events exist to answer those questions in the open.

01

Practical demonstrations

Tools, prompts and workflows delegates can use immediately.

02

Real implementation stories

Honest lessons, challenges and outcomes from people doing the work.

03

Networking and community

Connecting with like-minded AHPs across professions and settings.

04

Speed Mentoring

Career advice and support for clinicians and clinician-founders.

05

Expert panels and discussion

Real-world challenges and dilemmas, discussed openly.

06

Representation

Events have included representation from professional bodies such as RCSLT, CSP and NHS England.

07

Safe, balanced discussion

Ethics, governance and AI supporting — not replacing — clinicians, in keeping with professional and national guidelines.

What attendees tell us

We collect structured feedback after every session. A short, honest summary of what it tells us — the encouraging and the uncomfortable.

Live demonstration beats explanation

Seeing a tool used on a realistic clinical task is consistently named the most useful part of a session.

Profession-specific content matters

Attendees rate tailored, clinically framed examples well above general AI overviews.

Confidence shifts

Most attendees leave reporting greater confidence and a clearer intent to use AI in practice.

And what still gets in the way

  • Guidance is missing

Clinicians repeatedly tell us they lack clear direction from employers and professional bodies on what is and isn't acceptable.

  • Jargon and pace

Technical language and dense sessions remain a barrier. People ask for time to digest, not more slides.

  • Cost and procurement are unclear

Absence of realistic costing and implementation detail is a genuine blocker to adoption.

  • Governance, security and ethics

Data handling, consent and the limits of AI in clinical decision-making are the questions that keep coming back.

  • Appetite is outpacing supply

Experienced users now ask for advanced prompting, agents and integration — well beyond introductory content.

Why partner

Partnership here is collaboration, not sponsorship

We work with organisations who want to contribute something useful to the profession — and who are comfortable with honest, clinically grounded discussion about what AI can and cannot do.

  1. 01

Reach a growing audience of AHPs already engaging with AI and digital innovation.

  2. 02

Put your brand in a credible healthcare and workforce context.

  3. 03

Support practical, evidence-informed education rather than abstract technology messaging.

  4. 04

Connect with a cross-professional community spanning clinical practice, leadership, education and research.

  5. 05

Explore meaningful routes across events, workforce education, research, content and innovation.

Ways to work together

Start small. Grow it if it works.

Partnerships develop in stages rather than tiers. There is no fixed package — we shape the work around what you are trying to achieve.

  2. STAGE 2

  3. STAGE 3

    Co-create

Develop practical learning, content, demonstrations, campaigns or innovation activity with AHP perspectives built in.

  4. STAGE 4

    Scale

Take a tested idea further through strategic partnership, workforce programmes or wider healthcare engagement.
